The program is fantastic and got me out of a lot of sticky situations when needing to provision and enable a lot of users’ workspaces. Management of the workspaces is easy, which allowed us to empower the service desk without needing to give them access to our AWS account. The integration with Cost Optimizer and the insights it provides have allowed us to cut our monthly workspace bill in half. I wish I had learned about this earlier; it is a must-have if you use AWS Workspaces.
